Hi, I got a parking ticket for parking there while "not loading". I reckon I was loading my mother! But there was nowhere else I could park, despite driving round and round and looking. Much of that area is pedestrianised. I displayed the blue badge and the time clock on the car, escorted my mother very slowly to the place she had to get to, and came back with her after her appointment to find a ticket on my windscreen. Does anyone know of any defence to paying this ticket? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
